Too much recruitment is driven by short-term commission. That can lead to rushed decisions, poor matches and unnecessary churn — which works for neither the client nor the candidate.
LH Pink takes a different approach. We build long-term relationships, understand what our clients genuinely need and only introduce candidates we believe are right for the role and the business. Likewise, we will not encourage someone to accept a position where we do not believe they will thrive.
With the reach and experience of a larger recruitment company and the care of a boutique agency, we offer the best of both worlds.
